The College of Certified Psychophysiologists operates a post secondary degree granting institution within the required parameters and guidelines as set out by the California Bureau For Private Post Secondary Education (BPPE) under the terms of California Education Code Section 94890(A) (1) , Sections 94874 and Section 94874.5

The College Of Certified Psychophysiologists does not maintain national or regional accreditation with any national or regional accrediting bodies in the United States or Canada and solely provides degree level education to members of the North American Board Of Certified Psychophysiologists which is the only governing body of the field of non-research based application of Psychophysiology Practitioners in North American and around the world.

The College of Certified Psychophysiologists is a registered 501(3)(c) non profit corporation in the State of California and in the State of Hawaii.
